Paint Your Body Red & Brown

Show team pride or temporary tattoos with body paint.

Body paints give some people the chance to display team pride by painting their team's colors on their bodies. Other people want to display artwork on their body without the permanence of tattoo ink. Many parents paint their child's face at Halloween to match a specific costume or theme. Use red and brown body paint to create an enthusiastic team display, show off artwork all over your body or make a face match a costume.

Instructions

1. Select a design to paint on your body. If you are displaying temporary tattoos, have a template for each design available. If you are painting a child's face or your body for a sporting event, get a sponge, paintbrush or airbrush machine.

2. Place the template on your body; water helps the plastic template stay in place. If you are painting your child's face, pull hair away from the face using a headband.

3. Apply the brown paint to your body first; red is brighter and will cover any mistakes made with the brown paint. For a face, use a soft sponge or small paintbrush for paint application. Use a large paintbrush to cover the body with paint. For templates, use a sponge applicator, paintbrush or airbrushing machine. Airbrushing machines apply a light spray of color evenly over the area.

4. Wipe away an excess paint from your body.
