Print A Windows Calendar

Print your Windows Calendar to take with you.


Windows Calendar is an application included in Windows Vista. Windows Calendar can help you plan and manage your activities and coordinate your schedule with other people. With the application, you can create a task list that will send you notifications and reminders. You can also subscribe to Internet-based calendars or share your Windows Calendar over the Internet. Windows Calendar is not included in Windows 7.


Instructions


1. From your desktop, select "Start," "All Programs," then "Windows Calendar."


2. Click "Print" on the toolbar. Select the printer you wish to use from the "Name" drop-down list. If there are any special printer properties you would like to set (for example, manual feed or paper size), select "Properties."


3. Select the "Print Style" for your calendar. Pick "Day" to print only the selected day. Select "Work Week" to print a calendar of your working days. Pick "Week" to print a calendar of the selected full week. Click "Month" to print a calendar of the selected month.


4. Select the number of copies you want to print.


5. Select the "Start" and "End" dates that you wish to include. You can select more than one month to print multiple months. Click "OK."
