Spammers, ex-partners, cyber bullies and criminals can all take the fun out of Facebook. Facebook is meant to be a meeting place for friends and acquaintances to share information, play games and connect. When someone is being inappropriate or spamming you, you can report that person to Facebook for a review of their account. Facebook has three main reasons for reporting a Facebook profile: fake profile, inappropriate profile picture, inappropriate wall posts or harassment.
Instructions
1. Log in to your Facebook profile.
2. Type the name of the person into the "Search" box. A list of possible matches appears under the search box. Click on the result that matches the person you want to report.
3. Click the link to "Report/Block This Person" at the bottom of the left navigation pane.
4. Click the radio button next to the reason you are reporting the person. Click the "Continue" button.
5. Provide details in the text box of what exactly you are reporting. Press the "Submit" button when you are finished.
